Ingredients

  • 1 Can 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 Cups Salted Peanuts
  • 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 2 1/4 Cups Peanut Butter Chips
  • 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Melt Butter and Chips: Begin by placing your unsalted butter and peanut butter chips into a medium saucepan. Position the saucepan over medium-low heat. Gently stir until both components are a luscious, molten mixture.

  • Integrate Condensed Milk: Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the pan. Stir vigorously until you get a creamy, cohesive blend.

  • Marshmallows and Vanilla: Add a burst of flavor by incorporating the vanilla extract and mini marshmallows. Stir until they’ve melted into the mix, unifying all the ingredients into an irresistible filling.

  • Peanut Base: Grab your well-greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer half of the salted peanuts evenly at the bottom.

  • Pour and Smooth: Pour your mouth-watering, freshly prepared peanut butter chip mixture over the peanuts in the dish. Use a spatula to smooth it out into a single, delectable layer.

  • Peanut Topping: Finalize the masterpiece by covering the mixture with the remaining peanuts. It adds a crunch that contrasts sublimely with the creamy layer beneath.

  • Cool and Cut: Allow the concoction to chill until it hardens sufficiently. This will make slicing into individual candy bars a breeze.

  • Indulge and Enjoy: Your homemade Payday-inspired candy bars are ready for consumption!
