Honey Butter Skillet Corn

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter (salted preferred)
2 tablespoons honey
1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
2 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey.
Add the frozen corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is cooked through.
Add cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir together and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately.
Notes:
This recipe makes 6 side dish servings. If serving smaller portions, such as for children, you might get up to 8 servings.
Gold n’ white corn is recommended, but any frozen corn will work, provided it’s a 1 lb (16 oz) bag.
