Chiken Stir Fry

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sugar. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.
3. In the same wok, heat the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
5. Return the cooked chicken to the wok. Pour in the chicken broth and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
7. Serve the chicken stir-fry hot over cooked rice.
