BETTER THAN TAKEOUT FRIED RICE RECIPE

Awesome recipe for a family treat to serve at any time. The recipe is made from rice, and loaded with veggies and eggs, making it deliciously nutritious.

If you are tired of ordering food from restaurants and you just want to make a recipe of your own, better than takeout fried rice is a very good option for you. The recipe is crisp with lots of flavor that makes it almost better than any takeout fried rice. It’s so easy to prepare and won’t cost your pocket a lot.

The secret to making this crisp and flavorful fried rice at home is to chilling the rice before using it. Ideally, you should let the rice rest in the refrigerator overnight. The longer it chills and dries out, the better the result!

I prefer cooking my rice the night before, spreading it out on a baking sheet and leaving it uncovered in the refrigerator until the next evening when I’m ready to fry it up. Then all you have to do is chop up some vegetables, whisk a few eggs and you’re ready to go!
